What this comparison assumes
Totals add only the rates you enter. Missing rows stay visibly unknown. Capacity is never assumed. The optional optimizer is limited to fish you entered and works only when you confirm equal slots, additive income, and no combination effects.

How should I start a comparison?
Enter the current setup first, then copy it to the proposed plan and change only the rows you are evaluating. This makes the difference easier to audit.
What if I do not know a rate or capacity?
Leave it unknown. Only enter a capacity if you can verify it in your current game. An unknown row is excluded from the subtotal and is never silently treated as zero.
What is saved or shared?
Local save stays in this browser. A share link contains a bounded snapshot of the plan, so treat the link as readable by anyone who receives it. Do not enter passwords, cookies, or private account information.
